1. Terms
By accessing this School hosted on Teachable.com (“the School”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
All transacted payments to the School are non-refundable. This includes all courses, coaching, and consultation sessions booked through the platform.
All materials available on the School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download (Dependent on the access timeline) one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s website

8. Coaching and Consult Sessions
All coaching and consultation sessions will be held virtually and will last 45 minutes.
Sessions, once booked, are non-refundable.
All sessions will be recorded for note-taking and report generation.
The school provides no guarantee of a solution or a positive outcome to enquiries raised during these sessions, and will only allow discussion up to the time limit.
The full amount will be charged if the requester decides to terminate the session earlier or not attend altogether.
Advice provided during these sessions should be used at the recipient's discretion, following applicable laws and compliance codes in the relevant country.
Neither the school nor the consultant will be held liable for any breach or misconduct that may be perceived to result from the consultation and coaching.
No confidential patient information should be shared during these sessions.
The school will not be held accountable or liable for any confidential information that is shared during these sessions. It will be assumed that all applicable approvals have been obtained by the entity booking the coaching and consults before information sharing.
9. Governing Law
These terms and any claims arising from use of the School shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
